Upgraded to a bigger and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. Prompt response to emails and excellent customer service from Gina and her colleagues. Clean and comfortable room with necessary amenities. Superb location in the heart of Hamra with easy access to shops and restaurants

The location was amazing, with everything within walking distance. We were kinda surprised when we received a free upgrade to a suite, spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotlessly clean. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, who allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. we had a wonderful experience at Casa D'Or.

The location was perfect, right in the center of El Hamra street, close to many restaurants and the shopping area. The hotel facilities were great, with asuper clean and cozy room that provided a peaceful and quiet environment. The staff were amazing, with the ladies in the morning being particularly helpful and friendly. They even gave me a free upgrade for my anniversary and allowed for a late check-out. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the generous fruit basket and ample supply of tea and coffee in my room. this hotel provided excellent value for its convenient location, cleanliness, and staff hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping area and many restaurants, making it easy to explore and find dining options. It is also in the heart of Hamra, close to everything and all the shops, restaurants, and pubs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a kitchenette and a small balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is nice.
There was a lot of noise and music from the street celebrations during our stay.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, in a bustling area filled with restaurants and shops. The staff were attentive and helpful, offering room service and car hire. The room amenities were great, with a mini-bar and sitting area. The restaurant had delicious halal food and the staff should be commended on their excellent service.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in the heart of a busy area.

Convenient location near Hamra Street and American University. Recently renovated and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy transportation with taxi service from the airport. Upgrade to deluxe room and free wifi access.
